Bouncy Seat

Dallas tried out the bouncy seat today.

At first he didn't know what to think...

Dallas seemed to enjoy the music and lights that were playing.

I think he likes his bouncy seat.

1 Month

On March 26th at 7:12 p.m. Dallas Ryan was born. He was 6 lbs. 10 oz. and 19 1/2 inches long.

Dallas is 1 month today. He has changed so much in these last few weeks. I decided to go and get Dallas' 1 month picture taken at Sears. Of course I have not had the courage to venture out on my own so mom went with and I am so glad she did! I decided that this was the best pose.

Special Day

Today, April 25th, is a special day for many reasons. First of all it is my birthday. Yes, I am getting older. It is hard to believe how fast a year goes by. It seemed like yesterday I just turned 25. Second, it is a special day because my niece and I share the same birthday. What an awesome birthday present I received 3 years ago! The third reason why this day is so special is because it was the expected due date of my first baby. How exciting it was going to be to share this day with two very special people. Think of all the preparation and anticipation for this day to come. Well, things do not always go as expected. As it turns out my first baby came about a month early! We may not share the same birthday but he is still a very special little boy. That is why I have decided to begin a blog today and I hope to share with you the ups and downs as we travel through his life wherever the trail might lead us!
